Hi I'm Sam Ellsworth, Senior Vice President National Retail Sales for New American Funding.
Leading from the front to me means as a leader staying out in front of your people, being engaged, being connected communicating,
working with them day in and day out,week in and week out,month in month out,on driving production, growing the markets, recruiting with our regionals or branch managers, staying connected.
It really really is important that the field and those you serve truly understand that their leaders are going to get out there and work with them and not just sit back behind the door and be an analyst and so called bean counter.
We want to make sure that our people feel connected to their leadership so you'll always hear me say to people lead from the front especially as you elevate and grow within the company. The expectation is that you're going to be out in front of those people that you serve, and that you lead and staying connected, communicating and obviously that's helped build our culture.
